Hosted by the County Executive's Office of Community Engagement & Constituent Services (CECS), and in partnership with the Growth Action Network, the Summit is designed for HOA and community association leaders and members wrestling with conflicts with board and community members, stormwater management, financial management, legal and regulatory requirements for their communities, and penetrating the warrens of local govt.

This will be a dynamic gathering designed to empower community leaders and stakeholders with the knowledge and tools to create sustainable and thriving neighborhoods and communities. Well over 100 attended last year and this year's summit builds on last year's success.
